Job summary

Contract Personnel Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Production Planning Coordinator to join our team on-site at North Walsham. You will coordinate production planning and supply chain activities to meet customer demand, optimise resources and uphold health, safety and quality standards.

You will work closely with Production, Customer Service, Quality and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient operations, accurate planning and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning or a manufacturing role.
• Knowledge of MRP systems and production processes.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and prioritisation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans using MRP to meet orders and stock targets.
• Optimize plant and machine utilisation and monitor performance.
• Coordinate new product introductions and production trials.
• Communicate schedules and changes to relevant departments.
• Support order processing, despatch documentation and reporting.
• Review invoices and prepare capacity, volume and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
• Build cross-functional relationships and pursue continuous improvement.
