Job summary

As a Procurement Transformation Manager, you will guide clients through complex procurement and commercial transformation programmes—from shaping strategy and building business cases to delivering future operating models and enabling service delivery through technology.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in leading commercial and procurement transformation programmes.
• Proven track record in commercial service design and contract management.
• Strong understanding of procurement technologies and platform implementations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement transformation programmes, aligning with objectives and timelines.
• Facilitate design workshops with senior stakeholders to shape strategies for large-scale spend.
• Own project plans, risks, documentation, and governance.
• Advise on procurement platforms and enabling technologies (Workday, SAP, Oracle).
• Act as bridge between business teams and delivery partners.
