• Support hub-and-spoke operating model implementation.
• Review processes to remove duplication and improve service delivery.
• Develop standardised procedures, templates and workflows.
• Align processes with finance, legal, governance and regulation.
• Integrate processes with systems, automation, and reporting.
• Monitor savings, contract performance and social value.
