Randstad UK is seeking a Divisional Director - Procurement & Supply Chain to shape strategy across a major Tier 1 construction environment. You will own the divisional spend and drive P&L performance with external partners to achieve ambitious margin targets.

Reporting to the Group Director of P&SC and sitting on SLTs, you will lead senior procurement talent, build capability, and oversee sustainable procurement programs aligned to ISO standards. Hybrid UK.

Qualifikationen

• Direct experience at Director or Group Head level in Tier 1 construction/infrastructure.
• Minimum 15 years in procurement and commercial/supply chain management.
• Experience delivering major programs and navigating NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
• Strong P&L and commercial acumen with margin targets (£6m+).

Aufgaben

• Own and govern divisional procurement and supply chain strategy (£600m+ spend).
• Lead SLT collaboration with MD, sector heads, and project delivery directors.
• Mentor sector heads and ensure compliance and technical excellence.
• De-risk bottlenecks and grow market capability for long-term growth.
• Develop SRM model and manage Tier 1 supplier relationships at board level.
• Drive complex negotiations across NEC3/NEC4 contracts to protect margins.
