Qualifications

• Experience in multi-category procurement, ideally in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation skills.
• Confident in leading and developing a small team with a results focus.
• Working knowledge of an ERP system.
• CIPS Advanced Diploma Level 5 desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own purchasing of goods, materials and services to support day-to-day operations and project delivery.
• Procure across multiple categories, including raw materials, direct site services and third-party contractors.
• Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing and payment structures, to deliver value and continuity of service.
• Lead the Junior Buyer and Stores team, driving performance, clarity and continuous improvement.
• Build and execute procurement plans that align to outsourced vehicle conversion requirements.
• Support supplier approval through risk assessments and audits within an ISO14001 Quality Management System.
