Teledyne FLIR is seeking a Procurement Manager in the UK (St Asaph) to lead and deliver the procurement plan for the business. The role oversees a budget of £40M and reports to the Procurement/Operations Directors.

You will develop purchasing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost efficiency across functions. The successful candidate will have a CIPS Level 5 qualification and at least 3 years’ experience managing a procurement team, with strong stakeholder collaboration and MS

Qualifications

• CIPS Level 5 or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience leading a procurement team.
• Proven ability to develop and execute purchasing strategies.

Responsabilités

• Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.
• Track and report key metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Forecast price and market trends to identify changes in buyer-supplier power.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers to secure favorable deals.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation.
• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand and manage stock.
