Job summary

Pulsar Measurement, part of the TASi Measurement group, seeks a UK Procurement Manager to deliver a resilient, cost-effective procurement strategy across UK sites. You will lead sourcing, negotiation and supplier relationships, driving continuous improvement and a high-performing Purchasing team.

The role focuses on strategic transformation, cost reduction, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to support both national and international supply chains.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead procurement strategy and teams.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management experience.
• Experience translating strategy into operational procurement actions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver UK procurement strategy aligned to business goals.
• Lead sourcing, negotiation and contract management to cut costs.
• Manage supplier performance via KPI tracking and continuous improvement.
• Develop, mentor and coach the Purchasing team for high performance.
• Ensure safe sourcing and regulatory compliance across procurement activities.
