• Supervising Procurement Operations: oversee the procurement team in the UK and support international teams as needed.
• Develop Procurement strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Negotiate Contracts with suppliers to secure favourable terms.
• Monitor Performance using KPIs and set clear targets.
• Identify Cost Saving Initiatives while mitigating supply risks.
• Supplier Relationship Management and regular supplier audits.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide timely, cost-effective procurement solutions.
• Stay informed on market trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
• Ensure Operational Compliance & ISO Auditing and Certification across the organisation.
