Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking an experienced Procurement Leader to oversee a £40M budget and manage a procurement team in the UK. The role focuses on strategy development, supplier negotiations, and cost reduction across multiple categories.

You will partner with Directors to ensure clear requirements, forecast market trends, and optimize purchasing processes while maintaining high ethical standards and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• CIPS Level 5 qualification with at least 3 years' experience leading a procurement team.
• Experience managing a key commodity within procurement.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of TPS is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.
• Track and report metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Forecast price and market trends to anticipate changes in buyer-supplier power.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document clear requirements.
