Job summary

Forvis Mazars is building a new Procurement function in the UK. As a Procurement Manager you will lead end-to-end procurement across multiple service lines, IT, HR, Marketing and Business Services, including supplier relationship management and category planning.

You will design and execute procurement strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and drive cost savings and value. A CIPS certification is preferred, with strong stakeholder engagement and analytical skills essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end procurement processes.
• Knowledge of contract analysis at multiple levels.
• Strong commercial and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with the professional services environment; CIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process including SRM.
• Engage stakeholders to design and deliver category plans and innovative solutions.
• Implement procurement strategies aligned with the firm’s vision and sustainability objectives.
• Lead complex negotiations to secure best outcomes.
• Drive cost savings, lifecycle value, and demand management.
• Collaborate with Sustainability to integrate environmental goals into procurement operations.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide regular reporting.
• Support ad hoc stakeholder requests efficiently.
