Job summary

Forvis Mazars is building a new Procurement function in the UK. As a Procurement Manager you will lead end-to-end procurement across multiple service lines, IT, HR, Marketing and Business Services, including supplier relationship management and category planning.

You will design and execute procurement strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and drive cost savings and value. A CIPS certification is preferred, with strong stakeholder engagement and analytical skills essential.

• Strong commercial and analytical abilities.

• Familiarity with the professional services environment; CIPS certification preferred.

About the role

The new Procurement function is at the forefront of Forvis Mazars' evolving strategy. Responsible for delivering best-in-class procurement services, this team ensures we achieve optimal quality, pricing, and service excellence across our third-party supply chain. As a Procurement Manager, you'll be a pivotal member of the newly established Procurement team, reporting directly to the Head of Procurement. This exciting opportunity allows you to lead diverse projects, foster innovation, and deliver measurable value across client-facing Service Lines, IT, Operations, HR, Marketing, and Business Services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end procurement process, including Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
• Engaging stakeholders to design and deliver category plans and innovative solutions.
• Implementing procurement strategies aligned with Forvis Mazars' vision and sustainability objectives.
• Leading and supporting complex negotiations to secure the best outcomes.
• Driving cost savings, lifecycle value generation, and demand management.
• Collaborating with the Sustainability team to integrate environmental goals into procurement operations.
• Conducting financial analysis and providing regular reporting.
• Supporting and responding to ad hoc stakeholder requests efficiently and effectively.
