Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead the newly established procurement function. You will report to the Head of Procurement and drive value across client-facing Service Lines, IT, Operations, HR, Marketing, and Business Services.

You will manage SRM, design category plans, and negotiate for best outcomes while aligning with sustainability and commercial objectives.

About The Role

The new Procurement function is at the forefront of Forvis Mazars' evolving strategy. Responsible for delivering best-in-class procurement services, this team ensures we achieve optimal quality, pricing, and service excellence across our third-party supply chain.
As a Procurement Manager, you'll be a pivotal member of the newly established Procurement team, reporting directly to the Head of Procurement. This exciting opportunity allows you to lead diverse projects, foster innovation, and deliver measurable value across client-facing Service Lines, IT, Operations, HR, Marketing, and Business Services.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Managing the end-to-end procurement process, including Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
• Engaging stakeholders to design and deliver category plans and innovative solutions.
• Implementing procurement strategies aligned with Forvis Mazars' vision and sustainability objectives.
• Leading and supporting complex negotiations to secure the best outcomes.
• Driving cost savings, lifecycle value generation, and demand management.
• Collaborating with the Sustainability team to integrate environmental goals into procurement operations.
• Conducting financial analysis and providing regular reporting.
• Supporting and responding to ad hoc stakeholder requests efficiently and effectively.
