Job summary

Leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to join a collaborative team. You’ll focus on strategic sourcing, supplier and stakeholder relationships, and contract management to deliver value.

The role requires proven procurement experience in professional services, strong negotiation and communication skills, and familiarity with Procure-to-Pay and contract management systems. CIPS Level 4 is required and you’ll manage multiple priorities with deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier or contract management within a professional office environment (law, accountancy, banking, insurance).
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
• CIPS Level 4 required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Procure-to-Pay systems.
• Professional services experience and familiarity with contract management systems are a plus.
