Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Procurement Manager to take ownership of procurement and contract management during a period of growth. In this role, you will lead procurement strategy, drive value for money, and ensure compliance while working with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include managing procurement exercises, developing strategies aligned with organisational goals, and overseeing tender processes. Candidates should have proven procurement experience and strong knowledge of regulations. CIPS Level 4 is desired.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement and contract management, preferably in housing or public sector.
• Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, governance and best practice.
• Experience leading procurement exercises and managing complex tenders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end procurement exercises across goods, services, and works.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned to organisational priorities.
• Provide expert advice to senior managers on procurement routes, governance, and compliance.
