International Law Firm in London seeks a standalone Procurment lead to own the procurement process for the London office, collaborating with the US team. You will oversee strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract lifecycle, and procurement operations.

You will lead sourcing initiatives, evaluate suppliers, and advise stakeholders on terms and pricing. Experience in legal or professional services is preferred to ensure alignment with business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or contract management.
• Experience in Legal, Professional Services or Finance preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen to evaluate pricing.

I am currently working with a leading International Law firm in a standalone Procurment role and have full ownership of the procuement process for their London office. The role would still be working closely with the US team but would have oversight of supporting the Firm's strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract lifecycle management, and procurement operations activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing initiatives, supplier evaluations and competitive bidding processes
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders regarding procurement strategies, supplier selection, contract terms, commercial negotiations, and purchasing best practices.
• Manage supplier relationships and facilitate recurring supplier performance reviews to ensure service levels, contractual obligations, and business expectations are achieved.
• Coordinate contract lifecycle activities including contract review intake, stakeholder consultation, scope validation, commercial review, contract renewals, amendments, and supplier communications.

Requirments:

• Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract management, or a related field.
• Previous experience ideally within Legal, Professional Services or Finance.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate pricing structures.
