Job summary

Matchtech Group is seeking a Senior Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to support major infrastructure bids from pre-qualification through mobilisation. The role blends hybrid/remote work with a focus on procurement governance and supplier engagement across complex projects.

The candidate will drive bid strategies, engage suppliers, assist estimating teams and ensure best-practice procurement throughout the bid lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure and/or civil engineering procurement bidding.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and construction procurement processes.
• Experience supporting bids, tenders, and estimating activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies to support bids and tenders.
• Lead supplier engagement, selection and tendering activities.
• Support estimating teams with market intelligence and pricing inputs.
• Manage stakeholder and supply chain relationships on complex projects.
• Ensure procurement governance, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Support sustainable procurement and supplier diversity initiatives.
• Contribute to high-quality tender responses.
