West of England Mayoral Combined Authority is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead high-profile, multi-million-pound procurements across transport, infrastructure and corporate services.

You will work with senior stakeholders, technical experts and suppliers to develop innovative sourcing strategies, deliver value for money and shape commercial outcomes that will have a real impact on the people and communities of the West of England.

Formación

• MCIPS qualification or working towards CIPS; degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, governance and sourcing strategies.
• Significant experience delivering large-scale, high-risk procurements end-to-end.
• Experience managing teams and leading cross-organisational project groups.
• Experience of NEC4, capital projects, complex service agreements, central or local government, or social value would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex procurements from strategy through to contract award and mobilisation.
• Provide trusted commercial advice across the organisation.
• Manage high-value procurement projects and influence senior stakeholders and project teams.
• Ensure governance and compliance with procurement legislation throughout the lifecycle.
