Job summary

Crown House Technologies is seeking a proactive MEP Procurement Manager to support major projects within the Laing O’Rourke group. You will drive procurement processes, run tenders, and guide a team to keep activity organised and on track.

MEP experience is helpful but not essential if you bring transferable project coordination and commercial support skills. The role can be based at our offices in Manchester, Dartford, Worksop or Oldbury, offering extensive training and long-term career

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to lead conversations with suppliers and internal teams.
• Experience running meetings and managing stakeholders on busy projects.
• Follow structure, apply processes and keep detailed information organised.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of procurement services across a major project portfolio.
• Implement procurement plans aligned to project strategy.
• Run tender processes for subcontractors, materials, plant and services.
• Provide market insight, cost advice and supply chain feedback.
• Guide a team of procurement professionals and maintain procurement reporting.
