Job summary

CHT is located in multiple UK offices including Dartford and Manchester, delivering major projects through a structured procurement approach. This MEP Procurement Manager role focuses on driving procurement processes, tendering, supplier relationship management and governance across a varied project portfolio.

You do not need specialist MEP experience; the role values organisation, communication and the ability to manage complex, multi-project procurement activity.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Confidence to challenge, influence and drive outcomes.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience running meetings, managing stakeholders in busy project environments.
• Ability to follow structure, apply processes and keep information organised.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of procurement services across major project portfolio.
• Implement procurement plans aligned with project strategy.
• Run and manage tenders for subcontractors, materials, plant and services.
• Provide market insights, cost advice and procurement reporting.
• Support and guide a team of procurement professionals.
• Maintain accurate procurement information and reporting.
