Job summary

The role focuses on delivering efficient, high-quality MEP installations, coordinating with the Project Management and engineering teams to meet defined cost, time and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Extensive PM experience on fast-track MEP projects (MEP value £15m–£100m+).
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent stakeholder and safety management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all stages of the project lifecycle from concept to handover, ensuring quality, time and cost targets.
• Manage budget, outputs, and reporting to the M&E Project Lead.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; implement safety standards and zero-tolerance policies.
