phs Group seeks an experienced Procurement Manager to lead category strategy across cleaning, hygiene, washroom, and related consumables. You will drive supplier performance, manage key contracts and develop a Procurement Specialist within a cross-functional team.

The role emphasises delivering value, improving service levels and supply resilience, with a focus on stakeholder influence and measurable cost savings.

Qualificações

• Demonstrable experience in procurement category management across cleaning, hygiene, washroom, janitorial and consumables.
• Proven track record delivering category strategies with measurable cost savings.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing significant supplier contracts.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical capability and risk assessment skills.
• Experience managing end-to-end procurement from sourcing to contract implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver category strategies to improve commercial performance, service levels and supply resilience.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities via spend analysis and market insight.
• Build and manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and driving value.
• Lead end-to-end procurement activities (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, tenders, supplier evaluations).
• Coach, support and develop a Procurement Specialist.
