Qualifications

• Significant experience in global category management and strategic sourcing across multiple markets.
• Experience with Consultancy Services and non-permanent workforce is desirable.
• Proven track record leading large-value negotiations and tenders and sourcing strategies.
• Strong senior stakeholder-management and presentation skills for C-suite audiences.
• Data-driven decisions using market intelligence and procurement data.
• Experience in contract management and supplier performance management.
• Hands-on leadership, mentoring and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead global category strategy and planning for Consultancy and Non-Permanent Workforce.
• Create and review category plans aligned with priorities.
• Deliver savings, demand management, lifecycle value, risk reduction and innovation.
• Lead global tenders and complex negotiations with consultancy and resourcing suppliers.
• Manage high-value procurement transactions across countries and spend categories.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
• Manage supplier performance, risks, and post-contract activities.
• Mentor an Assistant Category Manager and ensure policy compliance.
