• Experience in state procurement, contract negotiations and administration in goods and services.
• C.P.M., CPCM, CPPB, or CPPO

• Determine procurement methods and ensure compliance with university regulations and state laws.
• Prepare solicitation drafts for supervisor's approval.
• Post notices and manage awards in accordance with policy.
• Analyze spend data and establish term contracts.
• Monitor contract performance and maintain contract files.
• Assist university personnel in evaluating and procuring supplies and services.
• Resolve vendor invoicing and payment issues.
