Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Procurement Consultant to join our Contract Services team in the UK. You will deliver end-to-end procurement services for flagship projects, providing strategic procurement advice from market engagement through contract award.

The role offers exposure to public and private sector clients, opportunity to travel, and a path to chartership. Hybrid working in the UK is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategic procurement projects and programmes.
• Tender preparation, bid documents, and evaluation processes.
• Supplier engagement from market research to contract award.
• Experience with Defence, Utilities, or Public Contract Regulations.
• Experience using NEC4 and allied contract forms.
• MCIPs accreditation progress or completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist procurement strategy guidance to Public and Private sector clients.
• Lead end-to-end procurement services for major projects or programmes.
• Support post-contract procurement management and commercial advice.
• Support development of Turner & Townsend procurement services.
• Assist in business development and bid/document preparation.
