Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Procurement Consultant to join our Contract Services team in the UK. You will deliver end-to-end procurement strategies for large-scale programmes, work with a skilled team and lead tender and engagement activities with public and private sector clients.

The role offers a hybrid working model, opportunities across sustainable procurement and net-zero initiatives, and clear pathways to Chartered Status for CIPS with strong professional development support.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting projects in a strategic procurement environment.
• Strong background in tender preparation and documentation development.
• Experience leading supplier engagement from market engagement through to contract award.
• Cross-sector experience with Public/Utilities Contract Regulations or equivalent.
• Experience using standard form contracts (NEC/JCT) and negotiating terms.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to public and private sector clients.
• Manage and collaborate with a team on end-to-end procurement for major projects.
• Support development of procurement services offered by Turner & Townsend.
• Assist business development and marketing of Contract Services propositions.
• Support delivery of team and wider business targets.
• Contribute to bid preparation and proposal documentation.
