Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Procurement Consultant in the UK to lead strategic procurement for flagship projects. You will deliver end-to-end procurement services for major programmes, with a focus on sustainable practices, risk management and value optimization.

Join a chartered, globally respected team working in a hybrid model. You will advise clients, support bids, and help develop our Contract Services capabilities across public and private sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategic procurement projects.
• Strong tender preparation and development of key documents.
• Experience with supplier engagement from market to award.
• Experience with NEC4 and other contract approaches.
• Post-contract contract management advice for clients.
• MCIPs accreditation pursued or achieved preferred.
• Degree related to construction, civil engineering or procurement.
• Experience in Defence and/or Infrastructure sectors is desirable.
• Security Clearance (SC) ideally current or restorable.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to Public and Private sector clients.
• Manage end-to-end procurement services for major projects or programmes.
• Support post-contract Contract Management for large projects.
• Support development of procurement services offered by Turner & Townsend.
• Assist bid preparation and proposals to strengthen work-winning capability.
