Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Procurement Consultant to join our UK Contract Services team. The role focuses on delivering strategic procurement and end-to-end services for flagship projects across Public and Private sectors, with opportunities to travel nationally and internationally.

You will work with a skilled team, develop innovative solutions, support bid activities, and drive Chartered status and professional development to strengthen procurement capabilities across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading procurement projects across public and private sectors.
• Strong background in tender preparation and document development.
• Experience in supplier engagement from market to contract award.
• Cross-sector experience incl. utilities/defence/public procurement regulations.
• Familiarity with NEC4 contract forms and alliancing/partnership arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to public and private sector clients.
• Lead and collaborate on end-to-end procurement services for major programmes.
• Support post-contract contract management for major projects.
• Support development of Turner & Townsend's procurement services.
• Assist in business development and marketing of the Contract Services team.
• Help deliver team and wider business targets.
• Assist in bid preparation and proposal documentation.
