Job summary

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver clear, compliant procurement outputs and maintain executive-level documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in a similar role within a regulated environment.
• Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• High level of attention to detail due to the compliance nature of outputs.
• Very good use of presentation styles within reports and spreadsheets; able to draft Executive level papers with minimal oversight.
• Has achieved CIPS Level 2 or can evidence similar supplier sourcing/tender experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure knowledge of relevant compliance areas is up to date and engage with procurement groups.
• Develop and manage improvement plans to enable access to procurement and financial data sets.
• Maintain up-to-date contract storage (physical and electronic) in collaboration with the team administrator.
• Use standard tender templates for below-threshold tenders and guide stakeholders accordingly.
• Keep priority operational documents current and share with stakeholders as needed.
• Act as the primary point of contact for procurement enquiries and support governance messaging.
