Job summary

Hireful is seeking a dynamic procurement leader to drive strategic value and compliance across a housing group. Based at the HQ in Chatham, Kent, with some home-working options, you will own procurement and insurance strategies, guide public sector compliance with the Procurement Regulations 2024, and lead service improvements across spend thresholds.

Qualifications

• MCIPS (fully or part-qualified) or equivalent.
• Experience leading procurement in a public or regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of Procurement Regulations 2024 and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver procurement, insurance, and contract management strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of 4 direct reports.
• Present tender strategies to the leadership team and the Board.
