Job summary

Housing Quality Network is seeking a Procurement Business Partner to ensure fair, compliant procurement that delivers value. You will manage procurement across the organisation, run tenders, and guide colleagues from start to finish.

You will contribute to improving procurement processes, update guidance, and support training while ensuring compliance with UK public procurement rules. You’ll also handle contract management and reporting to drive savings and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, ideally in a public sector environment.
• Understanding of UK procurement regulations is important.
• Professional qualification such as CIPS is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support procurement across the organization, including tenders.
• Guide colleagues through procurement processes from start to finish.
• Update guidance and templates; support training and process improvements.
• Oversee contract management, supplier reviews, and price change management.
• Maintain contract records, track spend and savings, identify improvement opportunities.
