Job summary

Adecco is recruiting a Procurement & Contracts Manager in London for a full-time hybrid role with a salary of £58,500–£61,600 per annum. You will influence commercial strategy and drive value for money in a social housing environment.

Lead procurement across property services, repairs, compliance and major projects; govern contracts, monitor KPIs, and nurture supplier performance. Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure compliant, sustainable procurement that benefits residents.

Qualifications

• Significant procurement and contract management experience in a regulated environment such as social housing, construction, or local government.
• Experience leading end-to-end procurement exercises and tender processes.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, supplier performance, and commercial governance.
• Experience managing contractor relationships and driving service improvements.
• Knowledge of procurement legislation, governance requirements, and value-for-money principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong report writing, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership teams, boards, or committees.

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:
