Job summary

Jonas Software UK is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead embedding and ongoing optimisation of the Target Operating Model across the business, driving governance, process design and change enablement. You will run process mapping, support OKR enablement, and foster a culture of operational excellence with Lean and Six Sigma, working across functions from Strategy to Delivery.

The role is UK-based with a mainly home-based setup and 37.5 hour week, offering opportunities to influence

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or a related discipline.
• Experience facilitating end-to-end process mapping and process redesign.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional improvement programmes.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Target Operating Model Stabilisation: embed TOM across functions and document new processes.
• Process Design & Process Mapping: capture, map current/future states and govern documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: apply Lean and Six Sigma, identify waste and improve efficiency.
• Change & Transformation Support: plan stakeholder engagement and adoption activities.
• Reporting & Governance: maintain improvement plans, benefits tracking and management info.
