Job summary

Mastek Limited is seeking a Senior Process Specialist in Leeds (Hybrid) to lead business process improvements, assess operating models, and guide transformation initiatives. You will work with senior stakeholders to identify risks, design future-state processes, and drive continuous improvement across public and private sector clients.

Role involves facilitating workshops, mapping current and future processes, and recommending Lean, Six Sigma and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting business process assessments and organisational reviews.
• Proven ability to translate complex processes into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with transformation programmes in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess current operating models and identify process inefficiencies and risks.
• Conduct maturity assessments and benchmark processes against best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements.
• Develop current-state and future-state process maps and roadmaps.
• Recommend improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and automation.
• Provide governance, assurance, and capability building across functions.
• Prepare executive briefs and implementation guidance for leadership.
