SmartestEnergy Business Limited is seeking a Head of Process Excellence & Business Change in London. You will lead a team delivering end-to-end process design and sustainable change, aligning initiatives with enterprise priorities and measurable outcomes.

You will establish governance, drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma and Agile, and collaborate with Transformation and IT to translate strategy into lasting business impact. Hybrid working applies.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in business transformation and change programmes.
• Expertise in end-to-end process design, Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.
• Proven governance, KPIs, benefits realisation and risk management.
• Experience with digital transformation tools (Power BI, Visio/ARIS/Signavio).
• Able to influence senior stakeholders and drive sustainable change.
