Medical Protection Society (MPS) is seeking an experienced Transformation Lead to join the Transformation Management Office in Leeds. This role focuses on enterprise-level change, shaping the future of MPS, and translating strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.

The successful candidate will influence senior leaders, drive adoption and benefits realisation, and champion new operating models within a flexible hybrid framework with on-site presence two days a week.

• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programmes across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives aligned to organisational priorities.
