Newcastle Building Society is seeking an experienced Head of Pricing & Performance to lead pricing, portfolio performance and forecasting across savings and mortgages. You will translate data, market insight and customer understanding into pricing strategies and commercial recommendations, guiding strategic decisions for the Society's success.
