Job summary

Newcastle Building Society is seeking an experienced Head of Pricing & Performance to lead pricing, portfolio performance and forecasting for savings and mortgages. You will shape decisions that deliver value for members and support long-term success, working closely with colleagues to translate data and market insight into effective pricing strategies.
