Job summary

Newcastle Building Society is seeking a Head of Pricing & Performance to lead pricing, portfolio performance and forecasting across savings and mortgages. You will translate data, market insight and customer understanding into effective pricing strategies and commercial recommendations.

As part of the Commercial, Product & Place leadership team, you will guide performance, support strategic decisions and foster a collaborative, data-informed approach.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and insightful leader to join us as Head of Pricing & Performance.

In this role, you’ll lead our pricing, portfolio performance and forecasting activity across savings and mortgages, helping to shape decisions that deliver great outcomes for our members while supporting the Society’s long-term success. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business to turn data, market insight and customer understanding into effective pricing strategies and commercial recommendations.

As part of the Commercial, Product & Place leadership team, you’ll play a key role in guiding performance, supporting strategic decision-making and fostering a collaborative, data-informed approach to commercial excellence. You’ll also lead and develop a talented team, creating an environment where people can grow, contribute and perform at their best.

About You

You’ll bring strong experience in pricing, portfolio management, forecasting or commercial performance within financial services, along with a deep understanding of savings and mortgage markets.

We’re particularly interested in someone who:
