Job summary

Bank of Ireland is seeking a Pricing Manager to join our Northridge Finance and Marshall Leasing business. This analytical, commercial role shapes pricing and propositions to drive growth, value and profitability, working with Sales, Risk, Finance and senior leaders.

The role is hybrid, based primarily in Belfast, Bristol or London, with a minimum of 8 days in person per month. You will build pricing models, analyse performance and market trends, and influence pricing decisions to support

Qualifications

• Experience pricing within motor finance, leasing, asset finance or related sector.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to balance short-term performance with long-term strategy and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of motor finance pricing, residual values and market dynamics.
• Understanding of financial services regulation and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of pricing strategies across Northridge Finance and Marshall Leasing.
• Analyse business performance, profitability, market trends and customer behaviour.
• Build and maintain pricing models, reporting and management information.
• Partner with Sales, Risk, Finance and leadership to influence pricing decisions.
• Monitor competitor activity and governance, improve processes and capability.
