Job summary

bp is seeking a commercially minded Pricing & Performance Analyst to protect, control and optimise the Roadchef relationship. You will turn pricing inputs and site data into actionable outputs, balancing EV, fuels and WBC considerations while supporting governance.

Working with the Motorway Key Account & Optimisation Manager, you will maintain contract-performance trackers, run monthly pricing controls and deliver clear performance dashboards across the Roadchef estate.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial analysis, pricing and revenue management.
• Strong financial capability including data handling and modelling.
• Experience producing accurate management reporting and performance insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial control to ensure contractual obligations are understood and translated into account performance.
• Maintain contract-performance trackers with key dates, inputs and actions.
• Manage pricing, margins and forecast controls for pricing and cost mechanisms.
• Develop pricing actions and monitor trends across Roadchef estate.
• Provide site-level performance insight and decision support for governance and optimization.
