Job summary

White Recruitment seeks a seasoned Pricing Controller to own pricing strategy across a large wholesale business in Wembley. You will shape pricing and promotions, blending analytics with commercial insight to drive performance.

The role requires 7+ years in pricing/commercial analytics, with strong stakeholder influence and a background in retail/CPG or FMCG. Expect collaboration across Finance, IT, and Supply Chain in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pricing, commercial or analytical roles.
• Strong analytical thinking with commercial judgement.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and challenging the status quo.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional pricing governance with Category, Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
• Develop pricing and promotional strategies with Category Leads.
• Assess margin, forecast impacts and pricing scenarios with Finance.
• Improve pricing decisions, measurement and commercial performance using data.
