Job summary

Klarna is hiring for a role in London/US to own the economics of our long‑term merchant‑funded financing product from the Win Financing team. You will size deals, structure packages, and partner with Pricing and commercial leads to drive action.

You will run pricing analyses, review live campaigns, and deliver decision‑ready papers for leadership, owning reporting on volume, checkout share, subsidy use and economics.

Qualifications

• Writes SQL regularly and analyses deals at merchant and session level.
• Understands MDR, subsidy, APR, credit mix and lending unit economics to size deals.

Responsibilities

• Structure merchant‑funded and subsidised financing packages with MDR, buy rates, term mix and minimums.
• Size each package to be competitive and hit a return hurdle; present route to Pricing.
• Review live packages, campaigns and pricing to identify subsidy waste, uncompetitive areas, and missed volume or margin.
• Recommend reprices, mix changes, exclusions and keep‑or‑kill decisions based on live book.
• Partner with commercial leads on new business and market launches (enterprise 0% offers, mass enablement, high‑AOV verticals, in‑store, affiliate offers).
• Run pre/post and experiment analysis on pricing terms credit mix and provide go/no‑go with pricing implications.
• Quantify competitive and policy gaps, size commercial risk, and write pre‑reads for leadership decisions.
• Own recurring reporting on volume, checkout share, conversion, subsidy use and realised vs expected economics.
