Job summary

NG Bailey is seeking a Pre-Contract Manager to lead a team of Offsite Integration Managers and Estimators. This permanent role involves developing pricing strategies and ensuring high-quality submissions aligned with business goals.

You will be responsible for maintaining senior client relationships, driving customer engagement, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The position is based at any UK location with travel required, and it offers a range of benefits including a car allowance and personal development programs.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in a work-winning/sales environment, specifically in bids and pricing.
• Experience leading a team is desirable.
• Experience in MEP or building services/construction environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Offsite Integration Managers and Estimators in pricing works.
• Define and lead the commercial and strategic sales plan.
• Establish and maintain senior level client relationships.
• Drive a strategic customer engagement model through regular site visits.
• Provide oversight of quality assurance frameworks.
• Own and lead the business development strategy.
• Identify, assess and govern technical, commercial and operational risks.
• Collaborate to deliver a consistent, high-quality national service.
