Job summary

STOIX is seeking an Integrations Director to lead end-to-end integration of recently acquired businesses within a fast-scaling UK AI proptech group. The role requires building on an existing integration playbook, embedding it into the operating rhythm, and driving scalable, group-wide integration excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading post-acquisition integrations end to end.
• Ability to operate in pace-driven, founder-led environments.
• Proven track record of building or refining integration playbooks.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration of newly acquired businesses from Day 1 to operations-ready.
• Lead and develop the integration team (3 people) with clear guidance and escalation paths.
• Embed and extend the integration playbook into group routines and decision-making.
• Provide senior presence on site during integrations and credible leadership with acquired teams.
• Deliver comprehensive reporting to the executive team on progress and risks.
• Navigate redundancies, reorganisations, and cultural alignment with care and transparency.
