Job summary

National Energy System Operator Limited (NESO) invites applications for a SEP PMO Manager to lead a dedicated PMO team, implement standardised processes across the SEP Portfolio, and represent the Programme Management Office to the Head of SEP Portfolio. Based in Warwick or Wokingham with hybrid office and home working.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing Portfolio Office team, deputising for the Head of Portfolio when required.
Design and implement the SEP Portfolio governance framework and standardise PMO processes across SEP programmes.
Manage portfolio reporting, risk, and insights to support leadership decisions for DESNZ and Ofgem.
