Job summary

Qualifications

• Accreditation or strong working knowledge of portfolio and/or programme management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Proven experience in portfolio and/or programme management within real estate and complex delivery environments.
• Experience in capital investment planning and performance optimisation.

• Take end-to-end ownership of shaping and communicating portfolio vision and direction.
• Lead on Strategic Portfolio Management and Capital Investment Planning to enable value across portfolios.
• Establish governance, controls and discipline for efficient delivery across complex portfolios.
