Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate – Portfolio Management to drive excellence in global/national portfolios, translating strategy into delivery and optimising performance. You will lead governance, controls and disciplined delivery across complex portfolios, programmes and projects, while building stakeholder confidence through best practices.

Qualifications

• Accreditation or strong working knowledge of portfolio and/or programme management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Proven experience in portfolio and/or programme management, including large-scale, high-profile real estate transformation projects.
• Experience in performance optimisation initiatives and managing capital investment plans.
• Experience delivering outcomes with high standards, driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver as part of high-performing teams to drive success and cohesion across delivery activities, turning strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Lead the establishment and delivery of governance, controls and disciplines for efficient delivery across portfolios, programmes and projects.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, clients and partners to deliver integrated solutions.
• Identify, escalate and mitigate risks, with a focus on health/safety across the portfolio.
• Drive financial management processes including CapEx, budget tracking and cost reporting.
• Contribute to commission management and pursue business development opportunities.
