Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly organised Portfolio Manager to lead governance, reporting and controls across portfolios and PMOs for global and national initiatives. You will collaborate with Portfolio Directors, client leadership and project teams to ensure timely delivery and robust financial oversight.

The role calls for strong analytical and presentation skills, the ability to drive continuous improvement, and a proven track record in portfolio management within real estate,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in portfolio and/or programme management, preferably in Real Estate, Infrastructure or Capital Projects.
• Experience operating in fast-paced delivery environments with strong organisational skills and sound judgement.
• Accreditation or working knowledge of portfolio/programme management methodologies, ideally within Real Estate.
• Command of portfolio/programme management frameworks (e.g., MSP, PMI) and disciplined governance practices.
• Experience establishing and maintaining portfolio/programme management controls including RAID, action tracking and dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Lead governance, assurance & controls across portfolios, programmes and projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Drive the successful execution of small to medium scale portfolios and contribute to large-scale PMO functions.
• Develop and maintain reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; produce insights and dashboards (Power BI/Excel).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to transform portfolio performance and governance.
• Engage senior leaders and clients; manage communications and governance forums.
• Support financial monitoring, budgeting, and contract administration activities.
