IQVIA, a leading human data science company, seeks an Account Director to drive COA opportunities across EMEA and North America. You will develop strategic relationships with academic, pharmaceutical, health systems, and payer clients and close multi-stakeholder opportunities.

You will lead the full sales cycle, leverage IQVIA capabilities in population health and real-world evidence, and partner with internal experts to deliver integrated client solutions across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of business development, sales, consulting, or account management experience within healthcare, life sciences, research, or related industries.
• New business generation and pipeline development.
• Experience with Real-World Evidence, Population Health, Outcomes Research, Registries, Clinical Research, Digital Health, Health Economics, or related sectors preferred.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong consultative selling and strategic account management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth of IQVIA's COA business across the EMEA and North America Population Health market.
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities within Observational RWE studies, Patient registries, and Health systems research.
• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with academic researchers, pharmaceutical/biotech companies, healthcare providers, payers and national health systems.
• Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Achieve revenue growth targets and contribute to overall Population Health sales objectives.
• Expand opportunities by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities across IQVIA's broader offerings.
