Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior Political Risk and Structured Credit Client Executive / Broker to manage a major public agency account from our London office. This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days a week and focuses on delivering risk advisory, placement, and revenue growth within the PRSC portfolio.

You will lead strategic engagements, develop tailored PRSC solutions, and coordinate with insurers and Marsh stakeholders to drive value for the client.

Qualifications

• Insurance experience from a client relationship, placement and/or underwriting background.
• Ability to lead teams and develop individuals into future leaders.
• Proactive and able to work independently with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of the public agency’s priorities and risk needs to tailor PRSC solutions.
• Build a relationship with the client and act as primary contact for strategic engagement and service.
• Develop PRSC solutions (NPI / PRI) and coordinate implementation with Marsh portfolio partners.
• Provide guidance on market conditions affecting insurance coverage and client value realization.
• Lead meetings with the client and insurers; summarize and report on activity and stewardship.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support the team in day-to-day account administration.
